Order Reconciliation Assistant

The problem

Reconciling orders means reading each order page, checking quantity, amount, payment and shipping by eye, then retyping the key values into a sheet — and mistakes slip through.

The fix: Open the order and click Check order: the tool reads the order details, runs your checks (amount matches, quantity > 0, phone valid, addresses match…) and gives you a ✓/⚠ checklist plus a one-click Excel row.

How it works
