The problem

The same customer gets entered twice — once as “+91 98765 43210”, once as “09876543210” — so two salespeople call them and your reports double-count.

The fix: Import your existing leads once. Whenever you type a phone number or email into a form, the tool compares it (smartly normalised) against your list and warns you instantly if it's a possible duplicate.

How it works

1. 1Settings → Records → import your leads CSV (or JSON). Columns are matched automatically.
2. 2Open your CRM or form page and click the extension → Enable on this site.
3. 3Type a phone or email. If it already exists, a warning card shows who it belongs to.
4. 4View the match, ignore it, or mark it as a duplicate for your records.

Warnings must appear while you type, so you enable each form website once. Only those sites are accessed.
